cancelled my 250GB plan but dashboard says still on 250GB
Hello,
just cancelled my 250GB plan in order save some money as i never go past 12GB these days.
But when i returned to the blomp dashboard it still shows 250GB and next payment date as originally scheduled. Please advise what i need to do next in order to rectify that.

We wanted to let you know that you've got a subscription that started on December 24, 2022, and it's set to end on December 24, 2023. That is the reason why you still can see the 250GB plan because it has not ended yet. When you decide to cancel it before then, you won't be charged for the upcoming payment.
If you have further questions do not hesitate to contact us.

Ah okay, so please bear with me as i need to be very clear on this: since i have stopped the payment on paypal's end, the payment won't go through on December 24, 2023., and the account will automatically revert to the free plan on that day? WITHOUT penalty to me?

If you've recently canceled your subscription, there won't be any charges when your current subscription period concludes. Your account will automatically transition to the basic plan without incurring any penalties. Please be aware that with the basic plan, your premium storage benefits will be discontinued. The basic plan allows for a storage capacity of up to 200 GB, so we recommend monitoring your usage to avoid potential data loss due to exceeding this limit.
To ensure that we are both on the same page, could you kindly provide us with a screenshot of your account status from your end? This will help us confirm the cancellation of your subscription and enable our team to conduct a thorough review. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
