Проблема загрузки и создания папки

Добрый день, перестали загружаться файлы - после завершения загрузки окно само обновляется и файл исчезает. Так же не создается папка, надпись "Ошибка сервера", затем появляется путь "корневой каталог + название папки", но фалы туда не загружаются и затем папка исчезает.
Пробовал через день - всё повторяется.

Это на веб-сайте Blomp. Интернет-соединение стабильное, кэш очищен. Скрин прилагаю.

Мне удалось создать папку на английском языке (ранее на русском языке не получалось). Но файлы в неё не загружаются (сначала успешная загрузка, потом они исчезают).

1. Да. Но только на английском языке. Yа русском не получается.
2. Да. Файлы не загружаются.
