Please help. All services return 503 error. What's going on?

Kinda bad with 100k users as they show on there homepage and then no technical staff working the weekend to fix this kind of problems, the downtime is way to long now even if you use the free account because if i was paying for this and then it got such a long downtime i was really not happy...

Ps. @ TeraBox you get 1 TB (1024 GB) for free and it got 320 million users worldwide...

I faced that 503 Server error. But now it's working well. But unfortunately I can not find my files on my drive. I have uploaded ebooks on my drive. But now they have gone. How to recover my files now? please help me.
