Thank you for your patience.

Please be informed that we are still working on your case.

We need you to provide more information regarding your debug logs.

Please generate the debug logs following the steps below and send that back as an attachment via DM if you prefer for us and Synology to review.

1. Log into DSM/NAS as an administrator account.

2. Go to Main Menu (4 boxes in the upper left) - Support Center - Support Services.

3. Under the 'Log Generation' section check Hyper Backup
Make sure to apply any changes before proceeding.

4. Then click 'Generate Logs'.


This should download and save the debug.dat file to your computer after 5-10 minutes. Please attach the debug.dat file to your reply via DM or here. Please do not zip up the file. It can be submitted as-is.

Note: This log file contains diagnostic info and will enable us to see what is happening on the device. It does not contain any private data other than files/folder names involved in errors.

In reference to the debug logs, Synology has recommended uploading them directly to the following link: https://sacsupport.synology.me:35350/sharing/yzlgljyCc. This will allow them to access the logs promptly.

Kindly confirm once you have uploaded the logs using the provided link.
