What windows version are you running? --> Winkey + R --> type in winver and hit enter.

Please explain the steps you take and what happens, without it we cannot provide support, simply stating something doesn't work without context is like buying ice cream for a week but not having a freezer.

So what is the message that shows when you try to install it?

Hello Jose,

Thank you for your patience. We have successfully tested the installation of Blomp and were able to access the Z-Drive without any issues. Please try installing it again and let us know if it works for you.
