Hi from Italia! I invite my friends but the captcha does not appear.

How in title, hi from Italia.
When i invite my friends and then they click on my invinte link ad they clik on register now, but captcha don't appaer.
I have talk to them to prove with many browser but not work.
Ps. Forgive my for my bad eng.
