Downloading resetting

every time i try to download my files they reset, the download goes up to the middle and suddenly resets to 0%.

I need you to try again one more time, please. Once you do, and see that you are STILL having this problem, please attach a screenshot so that we can see the problem you are having in detail.

Don't worry, the entire Blomp team will work on this in order to make sure your problem is 100% solved!

Thanks a ton for being patient with us! I'm excited to let you know that we've fixed the downloading issue you were facing.

Could you do us a favor and clear your caches? After that, give it another shot and try downloading a file on Blomp. Hopefully, everything should be smooth sailing now!

In case you still encounter any problems, why not give Firefox a try? Sometimes, Chrome settings can be a bit finicky, but Firefox usually does the trick!

tried cleaning the cache and firefox still couldnt download it

Hi Blomper, silly question -- do you have enough disk space for your download? We see Chrome especially calls out-of-disk space errors a Network Error.
