Subscription cancellation URGENT help

Hello,

I have already downgraded to a free plan back in the summer, and when i log into the dashboard it clearly shows the 20GB limit that corresponds to that tier.

So i'm not sure why i'm still getting email notifications that say "Payment is coming"? (The renewal date would have been 2023-12-24 (3 days from now)

Please kindly but quickly check this issue out as i want to ensure that i do NOT get charged again on that date.

Thank you for looking into this. Please update me as soon as you have information.

I am aware of other subscription options including additional free space by inviting friends. But at this time i do not wish to consider them as it turns out my usage will be below 20GBs for the foreseeable future.
