My account has been suspended

My account was deactivated. Could I please get my account reactivated? I didn’t know I needed to log in every month. I’ll be sure to do it. Thank you

Hi sir can you unlock my account too. I also don't knew that we have to login every month. And all of the emails are putted in the spam folder so I didn't knew. Please unlock my account sir. I have already sent a mail regarding this.
Also I am seeing the error stating that the account don't exist.
