Paid account email and connection issues

Hi,

I sent email about paying for 1 month to try Paid 250 gig service with PayPal. Still not showing upgrade. I will but a year after 1 month trail. Thank you.

Also, having lots of connection errors when contacting through website interface. Android app is not compatible with my phone. Will try Win 10 application Friday.

Your storage of 250GB is being upgraded. Kindly check and confirm if it's showing up on your profile.
Also, having lots of connection errors when contacting through website interface.
Can you please explain what's the issue? Is it possible to send us screenshots of the errors?

Are you using the most recent version of Blomp? Please note that Blomp is compatible with Android, and you can obtain the latest version from our website at https://www.blomp.com/. Ensure that you download the Android mobile app.
