Account suspended

Hello!
I have 3 accounts with you that have been suspended.
jrodrigues.lxpt@gmail.com
jsr.ptlx@gmail.com
jrodrigues.pt@yandex.com
I sent the request to lift the suspension, which was sent to me promptly, containing the information to unblock the accounts.
I tried to enter the data received at https://dashboard.blomp.com but without results.
Having lost access to the Blomp Forum with these accounts, I tried to enter the same information to log in, but without success.
Please I need help to access these accounts that contain important files for my work.
