Hello!

I just started using Blomp and I downloaded the Windows 10 app, but the interface has all the text half-hidden. Here's an imgur link to a screenshot of this.

Is there any way I can fix it?

Thanks for any input.

I should add, during download, I had a "VCRUNTIME140_1.dll missing" error that stopped the app from starting, so I downloaded and installed the x86 and x64 versions of the multi-installer Visual C++ 2015, 2017 and 2019 redistributables and the app was able to start. I don't know if that was relevant, but here it is.

Hello Blomper,

Here's a quick update on our ongoing changes: We're currently developing a new version of BlompGo. Additionally, as you might be aware, we also offer another app called BlompLive.

Can you please let us know which app you tried to install that caused you this error on Windows 10?

I should add, during download, I had a "VCRUNTIME140_1.dll missing" error that stopped the app from starting, so I downloaded and installed the x86 and x64 versions of the multi-installer Visual C++ 2015, 2017 and 2019 redistributables and the app was able to start. I don't know if that was relevant, but here it is.
We also want to let you know that our Blomp apps do not support Win81x64.

Thank you for choosing Blomp and have a great Monday.

Best Regards,
