Hello,
I'm a free user of your service. I have uploaded my ebooks to the blomp drive. But unfortunately, all the ebooks vanished after the Server 500 error. Can you give me a solution to recover my all the ebooks, please?

I just had one of our developers look into your account, and it looks like your e-books were not properly added.
Are you sure your internet connection was stable the day and time you were adding your E-books? No other customer had a similar issue, which is why this is an isolated issue. Also, the 500 error was not related to the web server, hence making it impossible to cause the deletion of your files.

Please try adding your E-books again, and let us know if you need any additional help.
