Can't see my files

Dear customer support,

I can't see the files I uploaded in my account. They disappeared and never returned, although it does say that a certain amount of space is occupied (by them). Please, help.

We checked your account and we located your files. You have successfully uploaded 3 files containing the following storage size:

File 1 - 13.57 GB
File 2 - 7.38 GB
File 3 - 6.69 GB

To find your uploaded files please log into your Blomp account and select "My Files".
