User with Email does not exist. Please register and try again

Hi, I just registered my account, but I am not able to login to my account. Kindly help me with this issue. (User with Email does not exist. Please register and try again)

1.Can you tell us the email address you used to sign up?
2.Did a friend invite you to join using a special link?
3.Could you send us a picture of the error?

I have successfully registered my email. I also have added a snapshot of that.
