Also, is our data still there if we upgrade from 2TB to 10TB?

Is there any option upgrading from 10TB to 20TB?

You can upgrade your account from 10TB to 50TB, 100TB, 200TB, or 250TB. These are our available packages for upgrading your account if you are on the 10TB premium plan. Unfortunately, at the moment, we don't offer a 20TB storage plan. For more information, please logg into your Blomp account and check the Plan & Billing section.

Also, is our data still there if we upgrade from 2TB to 10TB?

The answer is a big YES. All of your data will be stored in your account no matter which package you choose to upgrade.

I would also be interested in the 20tb plan. my data barely exceeds 10tb so the 50tb plan would be too much. I will follow your developments with interest and hope you can introduce the 20tb plan in the future.
