Reactivation

I would like to reactivate my suspended account. The thing is evertime I go to checkout it keeps saying that PayPal is having a error. I have the 5 dollars ready for the fee. If I can please maybe get a link or something to reactivate my account unless this is just a system error currently being fixed. @blomp support
