If you see any error message please send us a screenshot of it.

The tech team confirmed that you should be able to download your videos files without issues.

Would you mind trying to download your video files again? Is the problem fixed?
In case you are still experiencing further issues and you still get the error "file not able to open" kindly send us the files names that you can not download and our tech team will check the issue.

Hello I regret to inform a had a free account and I wasn't able to log in for a while (over a month) is there a way to get my files back?
