Hi Rob,This URL does not work in rclone, when you attempt to use it, and then try to connect your get an error;
" 2024/11/07 16:33:25 ERROR : Swift root: Statfs failed: container listing failed: Operation forbidden "
However after finding someone on reddit to help me, they told me to use " https://authenticate.blomp.com/v2.0/ ", and rclone is finally working.
Dear Blomp, is this the correct ( new ) url to be using, or am I logging into " https://authenticate.ain.net " incorrectly ?
Thanks
Thank you for providing the correct URL—it's greatly appreciated! I'm glad to hear that switching to "https://authenticate.blomp.com/v2.0/" resolved the issue with Rclone.
Gian1, could you please confirm if this also works for you? We'd like to make sure everything is functioning smoothly for everyone.mvjunkie wrote: ↑Sun Nov 03, 2024 9:39 pmI am getting the same error, its the auth URL. In the guide it is; https://authenticate.ain.netgian1 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 03, 2024 10:57 amHi, embroider5169
Thanks for the guide in rclone setup. However, can I clarify this with you?
Im also using rclone in Linux. I'm trying to follow your instructions but I keep getting these errors:
ERROR : Swift root: Statfs failed: container listing failed: Operation forbidden
ERROR : IO error: container listing failed: Operation forbidden
Might is be related to the password(s) I'm using? I;m not sure what I should use in this part:
[blomp_encrypted]
password = changemePassword → Change this to a encrypted password (dont use special characters)
Should this be the same as the account password that I signed up for my account with? Otherwise, how do I determine wat encrypted password it should be?
Thanks a lot
However, from what little I can gather, this has been changed to a new URL, I tried to look for it last night for an hour and coud not find it. As soon as you replace https://authenticate.ain.net with the updated URL, you should be good to go.
Thanks again for your help Rob, and we appreciate your patience, Gian1!
Best Regards,
