I have 2TB plan - why does the system thinks it 20GB?

i have 2TB plan, but webpage says it is only 20GB plan, why?

I have the same issue ,just bought the 250GB plan but the system still showing 20gb,here is my attached payment http://prntscr.com/09vXzbqVPz-e
