Unable to log into Dashboard or App

Hi, I just recently confirmed my email and tried to access the dashboard, and apparently it just loads forever whenever I log in. When I downloaded your app for MacOS and tried to sign in there, it just gave me "Login failed. Please try again." My login information is correct and accurate, but for some reason the site doesn't want to allow me in. Am I supposed to be accessing this site from a different country or something? Because I do not understand why this site is telling me to buzz off. :|
