Unable To Upload Files
Unable To Upload Files
Hi Blomp,
I reported this issue in a PM last year and have not experienced any problems for 5 months. However, I am currently unable to upload selected .mp3 files and Word documents into my Blomp account. These four files, ranging from 18.1 KB to 2.56 MB, are nearly identical to other .mp3 files and Word documents that I have successfully uploaded without any problems. The “Uploading In Progress” window keeps running for 5-10 minutes (and never stops finishes uploading) even though these four small files would normally only take 5-10 seconds to upload. I have plenty of space in my Blomp account. Please advise. Thanks.

Re: Unable To Upload Files
Hi Blomp,
I am unable to upload any files to my Blomp account. I have attempted to upload other files but to no avail. The "Uploading In Progress" screen hangs and eventually times out. Please advise. Thanks again.

Re: Unable To Upload Files
Thanks for your prompt response. There is no problem with the Internet connection on my end. I have attempted to upload files at different times over each of the past 3 days but have been unable to do so. I have also attempted to use different Internet browsers but to no avail. Please let me know if you have any questions.

We have tested the download feature and it's working smoothly from our end.
However, there might be several factors contributing to any issues you're experiencing:
1. Internet connection problems: It's important to ensure that your internet connection is stable. A shaky connection could result in slow downloading speeds.
2. Insufficient storage space: If there isn't enough storage space available, it may not be possible to create a cache folder. This folder is crucial for storing the list of files and folders, as well as for uploading and downloading files.
Please ensure that you have enough storage space and a stable internet connection. Try downloading your files to Blomp again and let us know about your experience. Do not interrupt the downloading process until it's completed.
If downloading files is still slow, please send us a screenshot of your internet speed for further investigation. This will help us better understand and address the issue.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best Regards,

Re: Unable To Upload Files
Thank you for the quick response. In general, the situation is as follows: 1. The incoming data transfer rate is perfect! 2. Outgoing information is only available in Google Drive and telegram dekstop. I guess the problem is with my PC after all. I checked for viruses, but I'm not suggesting what to do next.(

Re: Unable To Upload Files
Hello again! I just found the reason. The problem is on the Internet provider's side, because when I switch the lan from 1gbit/s to 100 mbit/s, there are packets in two directions, and when I set it to 1gbit/s, the outgoing channel starts to work incorrectly. Thank you for taking the time and helping us find a solution. I'm going to solve the problem with the provider tomorrow.
