Before trying to download your files again please do the following:

1. Kindly clear your caches as shown in the screenshot below. Please select the 3d option.

2. Refresh the web page if you are downloading your files via the web.

3. Once you select and download your pictures you should receive the downloading link via email. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder.
