Windows App Login Fail

Hello,
I can login using my web browser but cannot login using the app. I have checked the credentials and they are the same. Any help would be appreciated.

Same issue. I have verified both login and pass and I am unable to login to Windows App.

We tested the login to your BlompGo app account on Windows, and it worked fine on our end.
Could you please try logging in again? Make sure you enter the correct credentials. If it still doesn't work, please send us a screenshot of the error message you're encountering.
