Z drive does not work

I have installed BlompGo and had some of my files (not all, as I received hundreds of error messages and gave up) but now the Z drive has disappeared and will not show again now. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, logging out and clearing caches.

I will be asking for a refund and cancelling my account, I think.

I am getting to a similar position, I didn't realise how "beta" the software and service was when I signed up.

So giving up on Blomp

2 weeks and 2tb still hadn't made it to the cloud.

no idea on what did / what didn't.

Personally I'm not going to ask for $3 or what ever it was back, but I do think you need to be much clearer this is in alpha release at the moment this is not production ready.
