all blomp server have been accidentally shut down with a 500 server error

I'm getting this same error. I received an email saying that my account was downgraded due to non-payment but I haven't changed my payment source as far as I'm aware. Payments are automatic. When I attempt to log in to see what's going on, I get a server error.

The issue that I'm still having is with the billing. It's automated through Paypal. My account was downgraded due to the payment not going through, but I never cancelled the subscription. When I try to upgrade back to the plan I had at 10TB a month, the Paypal link isn't working.
