Can't see my files

Dear customer support,
I can't see the files I uploaded in my account. They disappeared and never returned, although it does say that a certain amount of space is occupied (by them). Please, help.

We checked your account and we located your files. You have successfully uploaded 3 files containing the following storage size:
File 1 - 13.57 GB
File 2 - 7.38 GB
File 3 - 6.69 GB
To find your uploaded files please log into your Blomp account and select "My Files".

I am having the same issue. I have two folders with files but only one is showing.

that's the thing - the files aren't in the section "My files". I can't see them. Please, find the screenshot attached.

Can you please click on the Menu icon (marked in red in the attached screenshot) and let us know if you can find the rest of your file?
